Director of Student Ministry

Lake Forest Church (www.lakeforest.org) is searching for a Director of Student Ministry. We are a ten-year-old church of about 1,800 seeking to be both missional and attractional (“for people who have given up on Church but haven’t given up on God”). We are seeking a candidate who is:

• 1. Gifted in leadership and is a proven developer of leaders
• 2. An entrepreneurial leader with vision who can move our healthy student ministry into new directions providing even more remarkable ministry to youth and their families.
• 3. Someone who owns the value of “partnering with parents in the spiritual development of their children and youth” and will collaborate with our Children’s Ministry to brand our church with this powerful value.

Lake Forest Church is a congregation affiliated with the Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Our Director of Youth Ministry will serve on the primary staff leadership team of the church, and be responsible for high school and middle school ministry. Communications

Lake Forest Church (www.lakeforest.org) is searching for an expert in communications. We are a ten year old church of about 1,800 seeking to be both missional and attractional (“for people who have given up on church but haven’t given up on God”). We are seeking a candidate who is:

• 1. An expert in the field of marketing, branding and communication who desires to help Lake Forest Church grow in its ability to make more and better disciples of Jesus.
• 2. An enthusiastic leader and an influencer of people who is able to set strategic direction in partnership with the church leadership team.
• 3. Has a proven ability to partner with both staff and volunteers in developing and implementing a strategic communications plan.
