All are safe places to invite your friends, meet some new faces or just opportunities to be encouraged. Some events include summer salad gatherings, Soul Refill, Spring Women’s Retreat, Inside Edition, old fashioned tea party’s, whitewater rafting trips, and more.

  • Travel to Bryson City: If you’d like to carpool, please indicate this in your online registration.
  • Lodging at Falling Waters Resort: Bring linens or a sleeping bag and all toiletries - we’ll have electricity and running water but we will be “roughing it” a bit. Falling Waters Resort 10345 US Hwy. 74 West, Bryson City, NC 28713 1-800-451-9972
  • Friday: It’s about a 4 hour drive to Bryson City. For those who arrive early on Friday, a hike will be planned, if you’d like to participate. Dinner is on your own. Be at the Lodge by 8pm for some get to know you fun.
  • Saturday: We’ll be rafting from 9 - 2pm. Lunch will be served upon our return and then we will all depart for home.
  • About the rafting: It is not necessary to be in “great shape”, only be able to help paddle the raft! The river we are rafting is a dam controlled river so we are GUARANTEED good water levels, despite the drought.
