Registration closed on June 1st but you may apply for the waiting list by calling the church office and leaving a message at (704) 948-3232 extension 301.
Our VBS celebration is on Friday, June 27th at 6:00pm. Inflatables open at 6:00pm! No need to bring your own picnic. Burgers and hot dogs will be served at 7:00pm.
Join us in the worship center at 8:00pm for a concert by the Joseph Christie Band. Hit their website at www.josephchristieband.com to learn more about the band.

LFC Camp Kid Jam - August 5 – 8

This is an awesome week of learning all the newest Kid Jam worship songs and reviewing the old favorites. It’s open to all current Kid Jammers and new rising 4th graders through high school that would like to join the team. LFC Dance Team Workshop and Auditions - August 3-4

Love to move it and groove it? Come to the LFC Dance Team workshop and auditions. Workshop is Sunday, August 3, 2– 5pm at LFC. Come learn dance combinations in various styles including hip-hop, freestyle, jazz and step. Auditions will be held Monday, August 4 beginning at 6pm in the QUAD. Looking for 20 dancers of all ages, including adults, that have a heart to worship God through dance and can learn and retain choreography quickly. Parents are required to attend a 30 minutes informational meeting on Sunday, August 3 from 2 – 2:30pm. For more information contact acalud@lakeforest.org.

Drama Team Auditions - August 14

The Children’s Ministry drama team is growing and we are looking for actors to add to our team. Be part of the whacky team that serves kids ages preschool through 5th grade. Are you energetic and enthusiastic? Love to make kids giggle? Want to be part of the team that helps kids learn more about Jesus each week? We need actors, storytellers, hosts and directors ages 16 and up. Come to drama auditions on Thursday, August 14, 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Vocal Team and Worship Leader Auditions - August 12

We are building a team of vocalists to lead worship in our children’s services ages preschool through 5th grade. Please prepare a 30 second song selection that demonstrates your vocal range and ability in one of the following genres: Pop, R&B, Rap, Rock, Country, Alternative or Broadway. You can also pick up a selection of songs, tracks and lyrics used in 252. No live accompaniment will be provided. However, you are welcome to sing without music. If you would like background music you must provide your own accompanist or CD. Piano and CD play will be available. Singers ages 16 and up may audition on Tuesday, August 12, 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Sneak Peek for Sunday, June 29

Kindergarten–Fifth Grade	This Sunday in Children’s Ministry Super Hero Summer, the Guts Girl will help the kids learn that God is with us and we can be courageous. Joshua 1:9 teaches us “Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will e with you wherever you go.” Make sure you pick up Gut Girl’s Super Hero trading card on Sunday.
