Thank you for your interest in joining Lake Forest Church on the Mission Dei this summer in Piedras Negras, Cochabamba or Athens! Vital steps in this process are the completion of an online application and personal interview.

Applications

 Each person interested in participating in a trip should complete the online application. Children 10 and under should fill out the parts they are able. Applications are due Sunday, January 31.

Important Application Tips

  • The application should be opened and completed in Adobe Acrobat Reader. A free application that can be downloaded for PCs or Macs here.
  • BE SURE TO SAVE A COPY OF YOUR APPLICATION ON YOUR COMPUTER and then hit SUBMIT.
  • You will promptly receive a confirmation email if your application is successfully submitted.
  • If you do not receive a confirmation within one hour, please attach the saved copy of your application in an email to Susan Arrington or contact her with any questions.

Interviews

 Individual and family interviews will take place on Wednesday, February 3 from 4:30pm - 8pm at Lake Forest Church. Each interview will take approximately 30 minutes.

Interview Registration Tips

  • Before you can register, you will need to create an LFC account. Have questions about how to do this? No problem, read this page.
  • After you log-in to your account, please select the person you’d like to register. Note: If you are planning to take the trip as a family, only one person per family needs to register for an interview. You will be asked to name all the members of your family participating within the registration form.
  • Then, select the interview time for which you’d like to register.
  • Important note: If a time slot does not appear on the form, it means it has already been filled. Please select another time or contact Lindy Glass if none of the available times work for your schedule.
